Another one! Chibitalia and the Renaissance man himself, Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci!
For those who are curious as to why only Northern Italy is there, 'da Vinci' in Italian literally means 'of Vinci', which was a town in what is Florence today, in Northern Italy!

Anyway, this is another of those friendships that you just have to go 'Awwww' at. Though there Is a bit of a factual wrong here, my bad. Leonardo spent his later years in France, and actually died there in the presence of the King.
He had the Mona Lisa among his possessions, so that's why France has it in the Louvre!
